This song shows peace because peace is love. In the lyrics, Haddaway sings, “What else can I say, it’s up to you.” And that line really lines up with how peace is. It is up to us with how we find and pursue peace.

2. Where is The Love? – Black Eyed Peas

This song is another example of how a song can incorporate peace. “If love and peace are so strong, Why are there pieces of love that don’t belong.” sings the artists. This is almost a challenge from the artists to their fans which is an inspiring way to innovate peace into our society.

3. Come the Day – Bruce Woodley

I find peace in this song especially in these particular lyrics because Woodley sings, “Lift up your voices and sing this song, Let the whole world hear it loud and strong.” Peace is in the form of music to many and if we let the whole world hear our music, then perhaps they can all hear our peace.

4. Peace Must Come – Priscilla Herdman

Herdman sings, “There’s a chance peace will come,” and this hope that many know about, there is even more of a chance for peace.

5. The Painter – I’m From Barcelona

This artists repeats the lyrics, ” Don’t give up on your dreams,” continuously. He refers to art when he is talking about “dreams.” Having this mindset especially through music can be very encouraging to any listener.
