Hannah Stoltzfus is a sophomore here at EMU from Harrisonburg, VA. She is undeclared but is currently taking Foundations of Design. Her most recent piece of artwork has been an exercise with paper and squares. “We had to have squares and cut the squares and glue it to a piece of paper to make it look like it did not come from a square. Then we had to have a square that looked like it could be squished back together.” Hannah likes art because it relaxes her. The crayon artwork pictured above has a heart and a peace sign in it. “I’ve always been attracted to peace and I want there to be peace. I like to try and be peace oriented.” Stoltzfus said.
